Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) • Track record of meeting targets • B2B sales experience • Self-motivated and goal-driven Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
