Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Self-motivated and goal-driven • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Track record of meeting targets Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
