Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • B2B sales experience • Self-motivated and goal-driven Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
