Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Recruiting experience • Organized and proactive • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
