Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills • Excellent communication • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
