Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Recruiting experience • Strong sourcing skills • Excellent communication • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
