Job description
American Express is hiring a Social Media Manager, Brand to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Social Media Manager, Brand, you'll grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across channels. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)).
About the role
You'll grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across channels, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Collaborate with sales and product teams
• Analyze performance and iterate
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns
• Create and optimize content and landing pages
• Manage SEO, paid, email, or social channels

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on marketing experience
• Project management skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools
• A data-driven mindset
Nice to have:
• Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
