Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
