Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Organized and proactive • Recruiting experience • Excellent communication • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
