Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Experience with an ATS • Organized and proactive • Excellent communication • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
