Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Recruiting experience • Strong sourcing skills • Excellent communication • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
