Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills • Excellent communication • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
