Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Experience with an ATS • Recruiting experience • Organized and proactive • Excellent communication Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
