Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong sourcing skills • Recruiting experience • Experience with an ATS • Organized and proactive Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
