Mailchimp is hiring a Senior Scrum Master, Infrastructure to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Senior Scrum Master, Infrastructure, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US). Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Project or program management experience • Excellent organization and communication • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Stakeholder management skills Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
