Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Recruiting experience • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
