Instacart is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Organized and proactive • Experience with an ATS • Strong sourcing skills • Excellent communication Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
