Intercom is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Infrastructure to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Senior Program Manager, Infrastructure, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA). Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Stakeholder management skills • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Project or program management experience Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
