Elastic is hiring a Senior Program Manager to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Stakeholder management skills • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Project or program management experience • Agile/Scrum familiarity Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
