Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Proficiency in Figma • Strong visual and interaction design skills • Ability to give and receive feedback Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
