Squarespace is hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist, FP&A to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, FP&A, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a freelance, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). About the role You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Accounting or finance background • Understanding of GAAP • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software • Strong attention to detail Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
