As a Senior Patient Support Specialist, you'll support patients and clinical teams remotely. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). About the role You'll support patients and clinical teams remotely, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong communication and empathy • Relevant certification or license where applicable • Detail-oriented and organized • HIPAA awareness Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
