Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Excellent organization • Clear communication • Operations or analyst experience Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
