Senior Controller, Accounts Receivable

Squarespace is hiring a Senior Controller, Accounts Receivable to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Senior Controller, Accounts Receivable, you'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). About the role You'll keep our finances accurate, compliant, and insightful, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Minimum qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience • Understanding of GAAP • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software • Accounting or finance background • Analytical mindset Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
