Scrum Master

Microsoft is hiring a Scrum Master to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Scrum Master, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Excellent organization and communication • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Project or program management experience Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
