GitLab is hiring a Scrum Master, Delivery to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Scrum Master, Delivery, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Stakeholder management skills • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Excellent organization and communication • PMP or equivalent is a plus Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
