Job description
RemoteHire24 is hiring a Remote Recruitment Coordinator to help grow our distributed team. This is a full-time, fully remote position with clear advancement opportunities (Remote — USA).
About the role
You'll support our HR operations by posting job ads, screening applicants, and helping onboard new team members. This is an entry-level role with a clear path to Team Lead within 60 days.
What you'll do:
• Post job advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Craigslist, and Reddit using provided templates
• Review incoming applications and respond to qualified candidates
• Conduct initial screening conversations via chat or phone
• Help onboard new hires into our training program
• Track recruitment metrics and report weekly progress to management
No experience required — we provide full training and onboarding support.
What we offer:
• $1,800/month base salary
• $50 bonus for every successful hire you bring in
• Promotion path to Team Lead within 60 days ($3,000+/month)
