Remote Recruitment Coordinator

RemoteHire24 is hiring a Remote Recruitment Coordinator to help grow our distributed team. This is a full-time, fully remote position (Remote — USA). About the role You'll support our HR operations by publishing job openings, screening applicants, and helping onboard new team members. This is an entry-level role with structured training. What you'll do: • Publish job openings on approved job boards and the company's own channels • Review incoming applications and respond to qualified candidates • Conduct initial screening conversations via chat or phone • Help onboard new hires into our training program • Track recruitment metrics and report weekly progress to management What we offer: • $1,800/month base salary • Fully remote — work from anywhere in the US • Comprehensive training and mentorship • Progression to senior coordinator roles based on performance review How we work We're a growing remote team that values initiative and good communication. Minimum qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Active social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar) • Self-motivated and organized • Reliable internet connection Nice to have: • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or people operations • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems • Experience managing social media communities
