Job description

RemoteHire24 is hiring Remote Inbound Call Center Agents to handle client verification calls. This is a part-time, fully remote position open to candidates across the US (Remote — USA). About the role You'll answer inbound phone calls from banks and payment processors, confirming client information using scripts we provide. This is not a cold-calling role — all calls are inbound and follow a structured format. What you'll do: • Answer incoming verification calls from financial institutions • Confirm client information using company-provided scripts • Log call details and outcomes in our tracking system • Escalate any unusual requests to your team supervisor • Maintain a professional, clear phone presence at all times No experience required — we provide full training and onboarding support. What we offer: • $900/week • 100% remote — just need a quiet room and a phone • Flexible shifts — 2–4 hours per day • Paid training program before you start taking calls • Supportive team and ongoing coaching How we work We value professionalism and reliability.
