Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Recruiting experience • Experience with an ATS • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
