Meta is hiring a Recruiter to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Recruiter, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication • Recruiting experience • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
