Intercom is hiring a Recruiter to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Recruiter, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — Anywhere in the US). Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
