Figma is hiring a Recruiter, Executive to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Recruiter, Executive, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a freelance, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (CST)). Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Experience with an ATS • Excellent communication • Organized and proactive • Recruiting experience Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
