Minimum qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • Strong analytical and communication skills • Experience shipping software products • Comfort making data-informed decisions • Ability to lead without authority Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
