Principal UX Researcher

Mailchimp is hiring a Principal UX Researcher to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal UX Researcher, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Strong portfolio of shipped work • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Ability to give and receive feedback • Proficiency in Figma Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
