Job description

Grammarly is hiring a Principal UX Designer, Design Systems to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal UX Designer, Design Systems, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a contract, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Understanding of accessibility and usability • Strong portfolio of shipped work • Ability to give and receive feedback • Proficiency in Figma Nice to have: • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear) • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
