Job description
Adobe is hiring a Principal UI Designer, Product to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal UI Designer, Product, you'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)).
About the role
You'll craft intuitive, beautiful experiences end to end, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Contribute to and maintain the design system
• Iterate based on feedback and data
• Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering
• Conduct and apply user research

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Ability to give and receive feedback
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Understanding of accessibility and usability
Nice to have:
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
• Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
