Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and proactive • Recruiting experience • Excellent communication • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
