Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Experience with an ATS • Recruiting experience • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
