Reddit is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager, Platform to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Technical Program Manager, Platform, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a freelance, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)).
About the role
You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.
What you'll do:
• Plan, schedule, and track project delivery
• Manage risks, scope, and stakeholders
• Run agile ceremonies and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate cross-functional teams

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Project or program management experience
• PMP or equivalent is a plus
• Agile/Scrum familiarity
• Excellent organization and communication
Nice to have:
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team
• A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
