Intercom is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Technical Program Manager, Go-to-Market, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Project or program management experience • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Stakeholder management skills Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently
