Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Excellent communication • Organized and proactive • Experience with an ATS • Strong sourcing skills Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
