Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and proactive • Recruiting experience • Strong sourcing skills • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
