Principal Scrum Master

Spotify is hiring a Principal Scrum Master to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Scrum Master, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Project or program management experience • Excellent organization and communication • PMP or equivalent is a plus Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
