Principal Scrum Master

Databricks is hiring a Principal Scrum Master to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Scrum Master, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Excellent organization and communication • Project or program management experience • PMP or equivalent is a plus Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
