As a Principal Recruiter, Go-to-Market, you'll find and hire exceptional people for our growing team. This is a part-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (PST)). Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Organized and proactive • Strong sourcing skills • Recruiting experience • Experience with an ATS Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
