Job description
Squarespace is hiring a Principal Program Manager, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Program Manager, Go-to-Market, you'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (East Coast)).
About the role
You'll keep complex projects on track and teams aligned, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. We care about outcomes over hours and give you the autonomy, tools, and support to do your best work from home.

• Plan, schedule, and track project delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Manage risks, scope, and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement
• Run agile ceremonies and reporting

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects
• Project or program management experience
• Agile/Scrum familiarity
• PMP or equivalent is a plus
• Stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
• Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
