Intercom is hiring a Principal Program Manager, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • PMP or equivalent is a plus • Agile/Scrum familiarity • Stakeholder management skills • Excellent organization and communication Nice to have: • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning
