Airbnb is hiring a Principal Process Specialist, Go-to-Market to join our fully remote team in the United States. As a Principal Process Specialist, Go-to-Market, you'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, work-from-home role open to candidates across the US (Remote — US (West Coast)). About the role You'll make the business run smoothly and efficiently, partnering with a friendly, distributed team across US time zones. Requirements

Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Comfort with data and spreadsheets • Operations or analyst experience • Clear communication • Strong problem-solving skills Nice to have: • A track record of taking ownership and shipping independently • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Linear)
