Minimum qualifications: • 7+ years of experience, including leading teams or projects • Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and databases • US work authorization • Proficiency in one or more modern languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, or Java) • Strong communication in a remote, async environment Nice to have: • A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning • Comfort communicating clearly and proactively in writing
